JF800C double metal friction (friction) is low carbon steel, copper
alloy layer is sintered on the surface of steel plate by rolling
mill, the copper alloy layer has dense degree, made of double metal
composite plate, and then processed by mechanical cutting. When the
low carbon steel surface for the installation of the bearing
surface, the other side is a copper alloy working face. This
product is a kind of to replace the traditional copper alloy steel
and copper composite products, has a small friction coefficient,
wear ability, low manufacturing cost advantages, mainly used in
various types of hydraulic pump wear plate etc..

HB80~120.

5, the friction and wear properties in 32 machine oil lubrication,
pressure P=3.5N/mm2, speed of V=0.4m/s under the test conditions,
the test time is 3 hours, the friction coefficient was less than
0.12, the wear volume of M is less than or equal to 0.02mm, and
better than that of ZQSn6Zn6Pb3 copper alloy.
