Sintered Bronze Flange Bushing Bearing
Bronze sleeve bushings or bronze bearings are hard and strong, as
opposed to brass bushings, which are softer and more easily deform.
Thus, bronze bushings have longer lifespans than brass bushing
sleeves. They resist shock and impact, wear and corrosion.They
require an external lubricant, for example grease or oil, at
installation and during operation to reduce friction and wear.
Bunting cast bronze lead-free bearings are machined from continuous
cast CuSn6-6-3 CCVK for superior quality and performance. The
continuous casting process assures a uniform bronze structure
throughout the bearing, free from porosity and hard particle
inclusions commonly found in other cast processes. Our Bronze
bearings have been independently tested and proven to be superior
to other cast lead free materials.
